Security Levels

HCI offers multiple different levels of security.

Minimum Security (Chain Gang) - Minimum security is the lowest level of security that HCI has to offer. Your day consists of waking up after sleeping in a locked cell, breakfast, then changing into chain gang uniforms. All inmates will line up and then be chained and locked together for their detail. Chain gang details include, but not limited to, trimming shrubbery, yard maintenance, cleaning outdoor areas, and overall improving the looks of prison property. Upon completion of your work, you will be escorted back to the max security building where searches will be conducted, showers, and back into your Florida blue uniforms. This level of security will allow for inmates to congregate and interact with other inmates inside the locked pod until lights out. Inmates will then report to their assigned cell and will be locked in until the following morning.

Medium Security (General Population) – Medium security is the middle tier of security levels. You will be locked in your cell until you are released in the morning for breakfast. After breakfast you will be allowed to congregate and interact with other gen pop inmates within the locked pod.  Board games, card games, tedious tasks and cleaning the block will be available / assigned to the inmates. Depending on inmate behavior, punishments can consist of added cell time, restraint chair, meals being served in your cell, or other punishments. If the inmate behaves, outdoor rec time will be permitted.

High Security (23/1 Lock down) - This level of security is the highest level of security offered by HCI. You will be treated as a high-risk inmate. Any time the inmate is removed from their cell, they will be restrained and escorted by the guards. This level of security will allow the inmate to come out of their cell for one hour per day. For the one hour that the inmate is out of their cell, the inmate can have a supervised cell phone check, shower, and/or choose to spend the time in the rec yard. The inmate will not have the same release hour each day. (e.g., inmate was released at 3pm on day 1, and 9pm on day 2) This level of security is highly recommended for experienced players only and not first timers. Most inmates that sign up for this, will end up tapping out of the high security level and move to medium security level just for the simple fact of wanting to interact and talk with other inmates at the event. Also note, this is NOT an isolation type of solitary. You will hear and possibly see other inmates and guards interacting within the pod. It can be noisy. If you are looking for a “quiet” isolation type of experience, look at our solitary events.

First day lock down – If you want to experience being locked in the cell for almost an entire day, but not for the entire event, you have the option to select the first day to be locked down in your cell. Basically, once you get intake and brought to your cell, you will remain locked until the next morning. This will consist of around 22-24 hours locked in your cell. Once you are released, you will then join your selected level of security you signed up for. (low or medium security)

Solitary/Isolation – This level of security only happens at a specific solitary event that HCI plans when we have enough demand for it. This level of security is not available at a normal prison event. This level of security is similar to the high security, with the biggest difference being there will not much noise made from other inmates and guard interacting within the pod while you are serving your sentence.

All security levels will partake in the same style intake. All security levels will have the same style cells.
