At HCI events, the guards are the heartbeat of the experience—they truly make or break the realism. Guards play a crucial role in maintaining order, enforcing structure, and ensuring that every inmate fully immerses in the environment.

No prior experience is needed to be a guard at HCI. Whether you're brand new or have experience in roleplay or corrections or as an LEO, we welcome all who are ready to step into the role with confidence and professionalism. We provide all standard restraints and gear, but you’re also welcome to bring your own approved equipment.

Our team will assist you with everything you need—from setup to safety protocols—to help you succeed in your role.
